Try this. Go to the very top of the youtube page. Voice over should say, heading, home. Then it should say, search, double tap and then you should be in the edit box. Don't go to where it says home selected, flick to the left a couple of times when you hear home selected, and that should put you in the correct spot. If that doesn't help, let me know.
