YES! She (she being Cortana) can definitely Sing?
She can also TellJokes. She can also perform many
activities a PersonalAssistant should, but I am
unsure if those actions will be available due to
Apple's restrictions, which prevent Google's
GoogleNow & Microsoft's Cortana from outshining Apple's Siri on iOS.
