Using a 4S with iOS9.2 and Facetime works great here at my end!

The subject says it all. I used to enjoy FaceTime calls with my
family until this latest update to iOS 9.2. Ever since the update the
phone drops calls very often. Sometimes only after few seconds. I am
using iPhone 4S.
Does anyone else have a problem with FaceTime calls? I reset all
network settings many times, but the problem was not solved.
Any ideas?
