I just tried and you can set multiple timers for either count down or count up. This would just be a timer and not tied to the time so it could work. I do have the paid version of this, so I am not positive the free version has it. Give it a look. I mean the reminders would have to recur every number of hours or something like that, and in order for the app to calculate the recurring time, it would have to be tied to a clock. The only solution I can think of is that you set your clock on your phone to either remain at your local time, or set it to GMT time, which would keep your clock at the same standard no matter where you are. If you left your clock at your local time, then you could just use Siri to check the local time where you are currently. Hope this helps.
