Hi Sandy, I did the reset, and network settings, I did all what Sieghard, Chris, Rob H and some others wrote and told me to do. Nothing works, I should give this IPhone 5 to the apple store and get it exchanged for IPhone 6. I somehow don’t like to keep Two phones, I don’t know why. Many thanks for suggesting.
