It is true that many financial institutions do offer a tailored iOS app for customers using iDevices, but not all such apps are accessible via VoiceOver. My personal experience with BMO-Harris has been nothing short of an accessibility nightmare! And this is not limited to the iOS app but includes attempting to use the web site to pay bills online.
