Jaws goes into application mode and you have to tab to find the various links for the topics, e.g. Overview, SIRI remote, Set up Apple Tv etc. Then press enter when you want to read a particular topic, turn off application mode with a quick double press of the PC cursor and you can then read the text. When you are done activate “Close” and it will take you back to the table of contents, unfortunately, it seems like it goes back to the top so you may have to tab a lot to get back down into the topics. Maybe somewhere there is a PDF version of this although a quick Google search didn’t provide one quickly. I could definitely read it this way with Jaws 17 and I believe you can also get the manual in iBooks.
