If you mean  an  iPod Touch, the the procedure is the same as with any other 
i-device running  iOS. Double tapp and hold on the desired app icon. Wait till 
you hear a three chime tone and then drag your finger around to where you wish 
to move the app. To another screen by dragging it to the edge of the device and 
waiting for the sound indicator to notify you of the screen change or on to a 
folder and wait for the folder to open. Again, with a destinctive sound letting 
you know that the folder is openning per say. Press the home button to get out 
of that edit mode where you can rearrange apps or delete them.
