I don’t think the iPhone 4S has the ability to use WiFi calling. Also, Terri said he has Verizon Prepaid service which he said was ending tonight so I guess it’s now ended which means his phone has no phone service at all. This means that if he has a WiFi network at ome he can connect to that he should be able to use Skype or any other Voip service including Facetime to make calls and I don’t know what Verizon not allowing WiFi calling has to do with it since the “WiFi Calling” feature offered by various carriers and making Voip calls when connected to any WiFi network are completely different services. You can make Voip calls with an iPod Touch connected to WiFi even though the iPod Touch has no native phone features.
