This is a result of the combining of Seamless and Grub Hub. Quite frustrating, isn't it? The seamless app has been this way for a long time. At one point it became completely unworkable with VO and stayed that way for quite a while. At least it is now usable. I would encourage everyone to communicate the issues. Heading navigation was also not workable with Grub Hub for a while but eventually began working again. Not sure if this was VO or Grub Hub.
