Hello I finally am getting around to backing up my i phone 6 and updating. Problem is it needs to update I Tunes to 12 in order for it to update the phone. I tried this on the older computer, and after it took forever to download, the installation was not complete. I probably should have saved the download first so it would be there rather than running it and now having to start from scratch again. I never found the try again to instal button, only the finish button. Now I am on the new computer and once again it wants me to update I Tunes to 12 in order to update the phone. I don't have the heart to do it if I am going to get the same message after tying up the computer for so long. Does anyone have any suggestions? Deidre
