There are probably others, but the two that come to mind are Read2Go (note how it is written) for $20 and Voice Dream Reader for $10. Voice Dream offers many more features, such as reading/reviewing other document types, and the Read2Go app is strictly BookShare books. I don't know about Voice Dream for getting BookShare content but I've heard that it is easy. As for Read2Go, it is easy to search and download books from BookShare. Note that in the Read2Go app, books are read using a TTS voice. Both apps work with Braille displays.
