Now the only time you can pair the watch is when it is in setup mode.  If your 
watch is showing the time like it normally does, then it will not pair with 
your new phone until you get it to the setup mode.
If the reset did not work, then I would either call Apple Accessibility or take 
it to an Apple Store so they can help you remedy the problem.
