Traci, I could find no mention of dictionary importing under the dictionary button which is found under the More topline menu button on the Fleksy Keyboard app main page. I know importing used to be possible with the original Fleksy/Fleksy VO app.
When you execute the Dictionary button under the More option, you're presented with a list of words in the current dictionary. There is an edit button at the upper right of this page which when executed places the standard delete icon next to all the words so you can remove the ones you wish. There is also a text box just below the topline menu for inputting new words via the add button to the right of this box. However, there is no import button that I could find. You might right the developers at [email protected] to ask if importing an older Fleksy dictionary is possible. Good luck.
