I don’t quite understand what you are saying is happening. I do have a Siri problem of my own and I wonder if it’s similar to yours. which I thought was some kind of bug. If I’m in Safari or a text field. I cant’ seem to engage Siri properly with the home button. I get a quick Bonk and Siri says, sorry, I didn’t get that. I then have to touch the screen and I find the listen button near the bottom. If I tap it I can use Siri, or I can now use the home button to use Siri after I have touched the screen. I do have to touch the screen first before I can get Siri to work with the home button. I’m not sure if I have to touch the listen button itself but I do have to touch the screen for sure. Another work around for me is to just go to my home screen and then I can use the home button from there to use Siri.
Is this the same problem you are having? Is anyone else having this problem. I promise, I’m not trying to hijack your message with a problem of my own. I’m just trying to understand if our problems are the same or very different.
