There is a couple of things to check. 1. Do you have any apps open other than what you are using?
2. In Settings under Battery I believe you can choose what programs fetch data if you don’t want them all to. 3. Also I found out that if you run your battery all the way down and charge it back up to 100 percent and then do a reset with the home button and the sleep button pressed together. I have found that each phone may be a little different. Supposedly you should be able to press these buttons for 10 seconds and then the Apple logo comes up.
