Have you cleared your app switcher and done a Reset Network Settings? This is 
in Settings > General > Reset. Quite often this helps to clear things up and in 
fact it is a step I do before any update.

So, I updated my phone to the latest update... ever since then it's been 
slugish. Anyone else have this issue? I think the update is 9.2.1?
