It's funny, but I never get those update messages, and the only way I know
about updates is either if my wife tells me, or from lists like these.

Nearly everytime I use my Ipad, I have a popup notification asking if
I wish to update from ios 9.2 to 9.21. I contacted apple
accessibility who indicated there is no way to prevent these frequent
pop up notifications from appearing on the screen and that the reason
that this 9.21 notification appears so frequently is that it pertains
to a security issue. Has anyone found a workaround to disable these
popup notifications concerning ios updates? Thanks for any guidance.
