Hi Paul, Be sure that 8-dot mode is on for output by pressing Space with dots 2-3-6 until it's set to 8-dot uncontracted. Also, press Space with dots 1-2-3-4-5-7 until single-letter Quick Nav is off. Then the keystrokes should work.
