Hi Shermeen, I just wanted to let you know that I recently bought the I think 
it’s the 3 month package and it worked for me.

Hmmm, well I've e-mailed the developer, and will write the list if I hear 
anything back. I will try to purchase a month-based subscription next, to see 
if the issue is specific to a given pack. That said, it's still a weird issue 
to be having.
