Searching in the App Store and with Google turns up quite a few
resources. Here are two articles listing some good apps for helping with
your pool or hot tub:

The one that intrigues me the most is the one that gives you advice
after you use the camera to read a test strip.
I don't know how accessible any of these apps are, but I'll be giving
them a try over the next few weeks myself.
