Hello, your shit out of luck in less you want to go to iCloud and lock bag 
device. Or even go on there and see if it still signed into your stuff. And if 
you have the store managers Number you might want to think about giving him a 
call, and asking him to reset the device so that your notes are no longer on 
their otherwise you have no other options  besides the one I mentioned above.
