5s? Same issue here. I don't use either, so just using the phone
without the 2. Mine was brand new, as well.

Hey all, i have an Iphone 5 s with the latest update and for
some reason neither seri nor dictation are working, is any one
else having this? This just started this morning. I tried
turning off the phone and wifi and that didn't fix anything.
