A two finger double tap will start and stop playing. When you are done listening, stop the playing, then there is an exit the now playing screen button in the upper left. After you have added all the stations you want for now, double tap the profile button in the lower left and you will have a screen with the station you have followed, and some things that come with it. I think it is worth the $1.99 to remove the ads, but it does have a free option.
