Hi Michelle, I don't do iTumes movies, but I presume if they have audio discription, that would be all you would have to do. Hopefully someone who has tried this with an iTunes movie can chime in.
With respect to other content, Netflix and the BBC iPlayer both have content with audio disscription, but you control weather the audio discription plays or not from within the apps themselves. Users outside England who want to be able to access BBC iPlayer will need to use a DNS or VPN service to make it look like they are in england. If you want to look in to DNS services, www.getflix.com.au or unblock-us.com will get you started. To get full BBC iPlayer access, you will first need a DNS service and you will to create a British iTunes account, then download the iPlayer app from your british iTunes account. A google search will show you how to set-up a free iTunes account in another country. Hope this helps, Brett.
