What do you mean by "reset"? I suggest you check with Sonos tech support since 
I am not entirely sure. I don't think I ever had to reset a player and I have 
had some of them for 7 years.

For all those who are not on the Sonos beta program, Sonos 6.2 was just 
released on February 10 and all users can now enjoy Apple Music on their Sonos 
system. You do of course have to have your subscription, but if you do it works 
great and you have access to “For You”, “New”, “Radio” and “My Music”.
