Hi Donald, I also cannot find that app, but if you search for "data usage" in the app store, there are dozens of apps that come up. I don't have time to check www.applevis.com to see if any of them have been reviewed, but I have heard very good things about Dataman and think it was mentioned on here once. They also have one for WiFi specifically called WiFiMan. I did write to the developer this morning asking if Dataman was Voiceover accessible and will post his reply to the list if I receive it. There are a few free data usage apps, but most seem to be $0.99 or $1.99 with a few at $2.99.
