hello Ed, Sometimes with iOS 9, the rotor doesn't switch automatically to Adjust Value, as it did in prior versions. If these commands don't work, try changing the rotor to Adjust Value, and they should. After I downloaded the other book now that feature workds. So I deleted the last book I downloaded and left the one book in folder that I had before. Now I tried everything again and it workds fine. Go figure. I thought I was losing my mine last night when I was trying to do all this and nothing would work. I even rebooted my iPad and that did not help. Any ideas why this would have happened? You set the navigation unit to chapters, which you did. Then 'double tap on play to get it playing, then while the play button has focus, flick up or down with one finger on play to move by chapter. Now, assuming this is a DAISY book, that has chapters marked up, this will work.
