If you are concerned with counting steps and tracking sleep, also ability to
set alarms, you might want the FitBit One. You clip it to your waist or bra,
and it accurately counts steps. Unlike ones that you wear on your wrist, you
don’t have to worry about moving your arm to have it work.
Unfortunately, the FitBit app has gone down hill as far as ease of use. When I
first got my first Flex, at which time most things were accessible, there are
some problems now with setup and other aspects.
I do still love my Aria scale and my One.

Depends on what you want in your Fitbit. My biggest concern was sleep so I
ordered the Charge. But you can go to www.fitbit.com to decide which version
you want.
As afar as syncing is concerned simply what happens is that everything you do
is synced to an account on the web. One thing Michael made me remember though
is it tracks what you do by arm movements so you need to be sure the arm you
put it on is free and able to swing or do what ever that arm does in the
exercising realm.

Has anyone ordered the Fitbit and tried using the app or the computer
program? I find some problems with each. The fitbit app you can’t read
all the buttons whereas the Fitbit computer you can’t get the number
provided by Fitbit in to the app so that the account and your fitbit sync
together. I have a sneaking suspicion which I am going to find out later
that the edit box in the computer program for the Mac is not allowing VO
to focus in it so therefore the numbers you put in are not going in to the
app at all. I have contacted support but they don’t seem to understand so
I asked for them to escalate it up to their developers.
