1) Double tap the share button at the bottom of the page and then double
tap add to favorites or add bookmarks.
2) You'll now be in a dialog where you can edit the name that you'll see
in your favorites list. When you're done, double tap on the save button
at the top of the screen.
3) Now double tap the share book marks button at the bottom of the page.
4) Select book marks by double tapping it at the top of the page and you
should see the favorite or book mark you just saved.

tab at the bottom of Safari, you'll see that you have book marks (which
are also called favorites) and a reading list. If you share to favorites
then you'll see a link to the page in your book marks/ favorites list.
If you share to your reading list then you'll see it in that list.
Sharing to home means a link to that page will show up on your iPhone's
home page. If you double tap that link then Safari will open up and load
that page.
