Hello Sandy, The book reading aid is the device I’ve been wanting for as long as I’ve had OCR on the iPhone. I can sit in an armchair with the Fopydo on my lap and a book open in front of me and read comfortably. The StandScan Pro needs to sit on a firm base, and there’s nothing to hold a book open properly.
These days, I hardly ever use a flatbed scanner since the Fopydo and the iPhone are so convenient to use. So, in my opinion, the Fopydo with Book Reading Aid is the best scanning and OCR solution.
