Hi, Mark! The most convinient way to edit contact info, including group management for me is a nice little free app caled SA Contacts Lite. There's also a Pro version but if you don't have more than 400 entries in the Contacts the Lite version will do. This app gives you the option to export all of your contacts to Excel table. You can download this file using e-mail, DropBox or via iTunes file sharing system. Once you got it on your PC or Mac, just open it in Excel and you can do whatever you want with your contacts. Every contact is in its own row and the columns are different details for this contact such as first name, last name, nickname, phone, iphone, work, home, e-mail address, street address, whatever you an find in the contact details in iOS including the contact pictures. The only thing not available is the personal ringtones, textones and vibrations, everything else is backed up. This also includes groups, there is a column for them and you can type down the group for each contact respectively. With tis app, besides contact management through Excel you can import/export contacts from/to VCF and CSV. 25.2.2016. u 6:36, M. Taylor je

Hello Everyone, I am cross-posting this.I feel as though I am in the Twilight Zone, today. (smile) Is there a natively Apple iOS method of moving Contacts between groups? >From what I can discover, there is not. If I go to iCloud.com I can manage groups and move contacts between them using a very visual method. That is to say, one has to click and drag the contacts to the various groups. This is, in no way, blind or low-vision friendly. Now I realize that there are third-party iOS apps that many use and recommend, however, I do not like the idea of giving a third-party app access to my contacts list. Perhaps this can be done in OS X? I seem to remember that this subject was discussed a while back on the Mac Visionaries mailing list. Thank you all for your help on this one.
