Hi, Once you connect your iPhone, navigate to the button in iTunes that says iPhone button. Now tab until it says treeview summary. Down arrow to music. Tab to the checkbox that says sync music. Check this box. Now tab to apply and your music will be copied. I hope this helps. I'm using jaws and so that's the directions I was giving. I'm not sure how different it will be for different screen readers.
