Alas, scrolling up with three fingers and flicking down with one did
nothing for me. The Apple Accessibility specialist with whom I spoke
thinks the problem is with apps rather than with IOS. The Audible app
had stopped working. I first tried powering off the phone and then
re-starting, to no avail. I then uninstalled and re-installed the
Audible app. Now I cannot log in.
I emailed Audible tech support early this morning. The representative -
obviously outsourced in another country, wrote back suggesting a
conversation by computer chat or a phone call and asking for a phone
number and a best time to call. I replied with both pieces of
information. That best time has come and gone by several hours. I know
I will end up calling them back.
