Well, that's the difference between free and paid services. When you pay for something you are getting the professional assistance because someone on the other end of a line is actually paid to help you.
When you use voluntary services you can't expect a high level professionalism. People who try to help you are there on voluntary basis and they'll do they best but everybody has the limitations. I used Be My Eyes two or three times, fortunately I'm not so dependent on other peoples help but I can say only the best about it. Those few times I used it I got what I was needing and I was more than satisfy with the service.

As far as I know, there is no charge to use the app or the service. Enjoy it, it is a great app.
