Why would a video help?  Unless it is described well, it would be of no use to

Since we are talking KNFB reader and the papito stand and reading aid, is there 
anyone who could off list send a step-by-step on how to assemble it? I read Mr. 
Tom's email, but it just made no sense to me. If someone doesn't want to take 
the time to do a step by step, is there any place I can go to with either 
detailed instructions or pics or a video so I might be able to talk my 
put-it-together challenged brother into helping? Thanks so much. I know it has

Hello,

I am a new user to the KNFB reader and the fopydo scanner and reader 
attachment.  Here is my problem.
I set the KNFB reader to batch scan, cause am scanning a book.  When I have 
scanned about 35 pages, I am jumped out of the app, and when I go back into 
KNFB reader, I have lost everything I have scanned.  Is this a problem with the 
app, and have you heard of anyone else having this problem?

Any help or suggestions is appreciated.
