Hello Marc. Although I haven't used it in over a year, the Senuti app, used to be marvelously VoiceOver accessible. This is not a free app.
Senuti is simply iTunes spelled backwards. It was a life-savor for me a while back when I lost my iTunes Library and had to copy all of the media from my phone back to my Mac.
