Kevin, Ann said “I needed sighted assistance because of the captcha”. I don’t use this service so I don’t know if it offers an audio captcha option and of course I certainly have come across some audio captchas which simply were so hard to understand that they were useless and while Firefox with Webvisum works very well, not everybody is using that or knows about it.
