I have been in touch with Grubhub via Twitter as since the major redesign of the app a few months the accessibility of the app keeps getting worse and worse. They claimed they were going to fix heading navigation so you could quickly flick through from cuisine to cuisine and from restaurant to restaurant instead of having to flick right 5 times to get from one restaurant to the next. It sucks they have not fixed this yet.
