Krister, these are bone conduction headphones. With the headphones held with
the open end away from you and the 2 pieces that stick up positioned toward the
ceiling, put the headphones over your head so that those projections sit on
your cheeks. Now adjust the earphone strap around your head so that it sits
close to your neck, still keeping the two projections on your cheeks. After you
work with it a bit, the sound will be quite clear. Keep those projections right
on the cheekbones. I have the marsboys headset and just love it. At the top of
the headset, where it sits almost on your neck are an on/off button, two volume
buttons and underneath a cover of rubber a place to put the charging cord which
uses the square charger from your phone. Your aftershocks may be just a bit
different, but it is the same principle. The sound goes to your ears from those
cheekbones. Personally I can listen to everything, but music for some may be
not as good as with other earphones. I particularly like the bone conduction
phones as I wear hearing aids and cannot stand something over my ears nor can I
use buds. I hope my description makes sense to you. Ask away with any other
questions. BTW, the phones should talk to you letting you know when bluetooth
is connected and when the phones are on or off or charging. Hope this helps!

Hello,
I’ve just got my Aftershokz Bluez 2S and i’m darned if i know how to have them
on my head. Either i don’t hear anything from the headset or at least very
weakly and if i here something from the headset the people i’m calling say they
don’t hear anything. How on earth should i wear these things?
And i’m sure someone told us that there was a manual for Aftershokz products
somewhere and how to reach it, and if so, could you pleas send that info again?
