This happens to me every time I try to leave a review, so I only leave
reviews using my old iPod running IOS 6.13, it is impossible to do this
using IOS 9.2

Has anyone here successfully written a review using the Apple App Store app?
Every time I've tried, I get partially through the process, but as I go to
swipe to the next control it always seems to just cancel the review and
return me to the main app list. I've never successfully completed a review.
I am not clicking on the cancel button.
