I just installed the update but I can’t find where to remove ads. Where is it?

I found out that there’s a new update to Trivia Crack Kingdoms which includes a way to get rid of the ads. I press the option to buy the no more ads feature and an error message pops up saying that my device isn’t supported for this feature. It shouldn’t matter what device I have right? Is anyone else having this issue?
