Hello. I have started looking at the Swift programming language because I think I might want to develop apps for IOS or TV OS. The language seems a lot like C++ which is a good thing because I'm familiar with that language. With this language, can I write the GUI by code or would I have to use the Xcode interface to do this part? If I have to use the Xcode interface, is it hard to do using VoiceOver?
