Hello
I have tried to update using I Tunes twice with no success. I get into I
Tunes and see the I Phone and start a download which it says it will instal
once it has finished downloading. That never happens though hours later when
I return home I no longer have the message that the update is downloading.
All is exactly as before -it reads the old version number and on the i phone
itself, it says one update is available. I get no other prompting.
What am I missing. Should I just do this through I Cloud?
Also, how do I get to I Tune Preferences? Through Properties or an
Advanced Tab which I don't know how to get to in Windows 8.1 on the desktop
computer I have I Tunes
