If it doesn’t show up when you go to Settings > General > Software Updates then it is not. Given the fact it was a long weekend (Good Friday, then Saturday and Sunday) and for many companies Monday is still a holiday I wouldn’t expect it until middle or late next week if it is even ready next week. Nobody will know until Apple releases it.
