The app the original poster talked about is an Android app. It probably exists as an iOS app as well since many developers put out their apps on both platforms, but of course if it’s accessible on Android it doesn’t mean it’s accessible in iOS with Voiceover and vice versa.
I also strongly disagree with the statement that there is no such thing as “bad weather”, only “bad weather apps”. If the poster doesn’t think there is such a thing as bad weather I’ll invite him/her up to northern Canada sometime in January *smile*.
