Yes, in short, I think it's a bug.
VDR shows your purchased voices under other label. I had purchased
Antonio, an spanish voice but on this update it turned out under the
name of Melinda. jajajaj.
It's pretty weird but at the end I could installed it, just get into
information about the voice and flick around, then the real name will
show up!
I know it's tedious, but that's how I finally could set up my voices.

am also seeing voices under languages where they don't belong, and flicking around is
resulting in strange jumping on the screen with voiceover. I therefore believe that there
is some kind of big deal voiceover bug in the voices screen. I'm having it on two
devices. So I do not think it is just me. I would be curious if anybody else is seeing
this, and if you do, please report it to Winston also, moving down by heading in the
voices screen is totally not reliable on two devices.
