Yes I too agree! Go ahead and take the plunge to update to 9.3! On a
4S things run very very good! Good luck!

There are not many bugs in 9.3, I certainly would say the security fixes and
improvements in addition to feature improvements make it a worthwhile update
and not one somebody who is still on ioS 8 should stay away from. In fact, from
what I heard it runs much better on older devices than iOS 8 ever did.

Sounds cool to have the latest technologies or iDevices or even iOS 9.3. But it
might be a headache cod of so many bugs.

When I learned that the new release for the update had been rolled out, I
tried to do it with iTunes and still received the message saying “activation
server temporarily unavailable”. I then decided to go to the Apple store and
after waiting two hours, (I knew that I would have to do so but just wanted to
get the phone fixed) I spoke with someone who solved the problem.
For some reason which the person said was rare, the phone had dropped my
carrier and the update would not work when going through iTunes but worked when
put in recovery mode.
Also, when talking to apple staff, I asked about the new SE phone and was
told that a lot of people were ordering the device because they wanted a
smaller phone.
after not having use of a phone for a week, I’m glad that the story has a
happy ending in terms of not losing data and that I can now use all my apps and
call a cab when out and about with the phone. I’ve heard that the iPhone 7
might not have an earphone jack but was told that this is still rumor. Because
I would like the latest technology, upgrading to the SE or iPhone 7 will be on
my to-do list in the future.
All of this made me realize how did we get through life without our phones
and I’m just so glad to have a working phone again.
