I remember that my life proof case was able to be in the belt clip with the screen facing out. I don’t know how their cases are now though. It might be worth checking out?

I could charge the phone while in the clip, but the case and clip were designed to only hold the phone with the screen facing in. I tried putting the case in the clip with the screen facing out, but it was just not meant to do this. The case started bending in places in which it was never meant to bend. The OttorBox Defender is also most-likely not an option, given the quality issues that have plagued the 6 and 6S lines. This is unfortunate, as I've really liked OtterBox Defender cases in the past.
