Hi, Just to add to Richard's information below: I had to deal with this a few weeks ago when I needed to back up my VDR library. I had to do an awful lot of tabbing in order to get past all my apps and to find the file sharing options. I found the process rather inaccessible and I kept receiving an error message from iTunes when I tried to copy the library, having finally managed to locate it.
Winston recommended that I use a program called iExplorer, rather than iTunes. It's available on both Mac and Windows and it allows you to navigate your devices and iTunes backups with an interface which is a bit like Windows Explorer, and certainly a lot easier than iTunes for this purpose. I'm pretty sure it was free, and it should allow you to paste content into the Documents folder in Voice Dream on your device. Obviously your device has to be connected to the computer, with iTunes running.
